We are looking for a GTM intern that wants to supercharge the start of their career at the intersection of AI and learning. This is not an internship where you sit on the sidelines; at Uniplay, you will work directly with our founding team to build the go-to-market engine that powers AI-native corporate learning. You will help us land pilots with enterprises, map global markets, and scale our expansion strategy.
You're building this with us, not joining something already built. We're in the early days of validating product-market fit and scaling our customer playbook—which means you'll have direct input into the strategies, systems, and customer relationships that define our growth trajectory. Your work won't be theoretical; it will shape how enterprises adopt AI-native learning globally. If you are hungry, ambitious, and ready to make an impact from day one, this is your launchpad.
Key responsibilities
Customer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify decision-makers and secure discovery calls with target accounts in sales training and onboarding.
Deal Execution: Drive pilots forward with founders, refining pitch decks, case studies and sales meetings
Market Intelligence: Map the enterprise learning landscape to uncover high-value segments and expansion opportunities.
Pipeline Operations: Maintain CRM and pipeline data as we scale from pilots to paying customers.
Ad-hoc Projects: Support competitive research, customer feedback, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong track record: Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or Business Engineering with consistently high performance.
Sales experience: You've worked in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Startup hustle: Experience in early-stage startups or founding your own project.
AI experience: You have hands-on experience working with AI tools or building with AI.
Excellent executor: You get things done. Fast. No excuses. High bias for action.
Strong communicator: Excellent in English (Swedish big +) . Can craft compelling messages for senior stakeholders.
